Welcome to Intent Tradeline LLC. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before engaging with our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide credit repair services that include, but are not limited to:
• Analysis of your credit reports.
• Disputing inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable information on your credit reports.
• Offering advice and strategies for managing your credit.
• Providing guidance on building or re-establishing credit.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information.
• Not have been involved in fraudulent activity concerning credit.
4. Service Agreement
By signing our service agreement, you authorize us to:
• Communicate with credit bureaus, creditors, and other relevant entities on your behalf.
• Use your personal information solely for the purpose of credit repair.
5. Payment and Fees
• Initial Fee: A one-time setup fee of $35 will be charged upon signing the service agreement.
• Monthly Fee: A monthly service fee of $75 or $150 or $250 depending on plan choice will be charged for ongoing services. This fee is due on the monthly anniversary of plan start date.
• Refund Policy: We offer a full refund if no deletions are obtain within 30 to 60 days of plans start date.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel our services at any time by providing written notice to Intenttradelinellc@gmail.com. Any services rendered prior to cancellation will be charged accordingly. Upon cancellation, we will cease any further work and communication on your behalf.
7. No Guarantee of Results
We cannot guarantee specific results regarding the improvement of your credit score. While we strive to provide the best possible outcome, the results depend on several factors beyond our control, such as the nature of the negative items on your credit report and the response of credit bureaus and creditors.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Compliance with the Law
We comply with all applicable state and federal regulations, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). You have the right to cancel your contract with us within three (3) business days of signing the agreement without any penalty or obligation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding twelve (12) months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
11. Privacy and Data Security
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of providing credit repair services. We implement security measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted electronically.
12. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your credit situation.
• Not attempt to mislead or provide false information during the credit repair process.
• Communicate promptly with us if you receive correspondence from credit bureaus or creditors.
13. Amendments to the Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be effective upon posting on our website or upon notice to you. Your continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
